Hyderabad : A Division Bench of the High Court embodying Chief Justice Kalyan Jyothi Sen Gupta and Justice P.v. Sanjay Kumar on Tuesday assumed record an alternate grievance against cine performer and maker Mohan Babu, wherein it was claimed that he had utilized the title 'Padma Shri' before his name in the titles of an alternate film prepared by him.
The papers relating to this consistent were documented by BJP pioneer N. Indrasena Reddy who had documented a writ appeal to prior whining that the title was utilized as prefix by Mr. Mohan Babu and Mr. Brahmanandam in the Telugu film 'Denikaina Ready'. The court communicated disappointment accompanying which the maker said the statement 'Padma Shri' had been evacuated from negative prints and all reputation material.
On Tuesday, Mr. Reddy field material in regards to the film 'Jhummandi Naadam'. This indicated Mr. Mohan Babu as sole proprietor of the film and the titles demonstrated word 'Padma Shri' before his name.
