Do you consider yourself selfish? Sometimes I do, when I feel like being selfish I got this feeling of guilt. I gave people food if I don't want it but if I really want the food I'll offer but the thing is I really like it so I give it to them but in the end buy more or be guilty because within me I don't want to give it, at the back of my mind it's just food. Also sometimes if they want something and request for it, I just thought that why are they asking can't they just wait, if I give it to them or not.
